Valentine's Day Eye and Lip Tutorial

Hello everyone!
Where do I begin? Well, I always wanted to start a beauty and fashion blog with some of my friends. I thought about it for a while before deciding not to do it due to time and the work needed for it.
When Bridget said we should start a fashion and beauty blog together, I decided to give it a go. I invited my friends Hannah and Brooke to join us. (They will be posting next week.) So here we are! I'm hoping this blog will grow and become very popular!
Alright, down to the trend. This weeks trend was red and pink for Valentine's Day. Due to me not having much pink and red clothing, I decided to do a Valentine's Day eye and lip tutorial.
What You'll Need:
 1. Concealer or eye primer (Used: L'Oreal True Match)
2. Highlighting eye shadow (Used: Naked BasicsVenus)
3. Pink eye shadow (Used: Maybelline Expert Wear, old; similar HERE, Seashell)
4. Purple or red eye shadow (Used: Mary Kay Mineral Eye Color, Sweet Plum)
5. Mascara (Used: Maybelline Volum' Express; The Rocket)
6. Eye brow liner (Used: Ulta Eye Shadow, Chestnut)
7. Concealer (Used: L'Oreal True Match)
8. Red lipstick (Used: Burt's Bees Lip Shimmer, Cherry)
9. Pink lipstick (Used: Maybelline Color Sensational, Mauve-ulous)
10. Clear lip gloss (Used: C.O. Bigelow Mentha Lip Shine, Cinnamint)
1. Do all your face makeup first; concealer, powder, blush, etc.
2. Apply concealer or eye primer to entire lid and brow bone area.
3. Apply highlighting eye shadow to entire lid, brow bone, and tear duct area.
4. Apply pink eye shadow to lid area.
5.  Apply purple or red eye shadow to 3/4th of lid and crease area.
6. Curl eyelashes. (I use THIS trick from TBD.)
7. Apply mascara on top and bottom lashes.
8. Depending on how thick your eyebrows are, apply eyebrow liner or use eye shadow that matches your eyebrows and brush it along the thin part of your eyebrows.
(Optional: Apply eye liner before curling eyelashes, for a more defined look.)
9. Apply concealer around edges of lips.
10. Apply red lipstick.
11. Lightly apply pink lipstick over top.
12. Apply clear lip gloss.
There you go! Hope you all enjoy doing this tutorial! Don't forget to Follow Us!
(Sorry for any blurry photos.)
